چکیده

This work presents a brief review on the modern approaches to data modeling by methods developed in quantum physics during last one hundred years. Quantum computers and computations have already been widely investigated theoretically attempted some practical implementations, but of are not yet sufficiently established. A vast range concepts mechanics tried many fields information behavior sciences, including communications artificial intelligence, cognition decision making, sociology psychology, biology economics, financial political studies. The application areas other than is called quantum-like paradigm, meaning that such may be related physical processes rather correspond designed for operating conditions uncertainty. aims attract attention possibilities these can enrich theoretical consideration useful purposes various sciences applications.

Spatial interpolation methods applied in the environmental sciences: A review

Spatially continuous data of environmental variables are often required for environmental sciences and management. However, information for environmental variables is usually collected by point sampling, particularly for the mountainous region and deep ocean area. Thus, methods generating such spatially continuous data by using point samples become essential tools. Spatial interpolation methods...

Quantum current modeling in nano-transistors with a quantum dot

Carbon quantum dots (CQDs) serve as a new class of ‘zero dimensional’ nanomaterial’s in thecarbon class with sizes below 10 nm. As light emitting nanocrystals, QDs are assembled from semiconductormaterials, from the elements in the periodic groups of II-VI, III-V or IV-VI, mainly thanks to impacts of quantum confinement QDs have unique optical properties such as brighter, highly pho...

Quantum-like modeling of cognition

This paper begins with a historical review of the mutual influence of physics and psychology, from Freud’s invention of psychic energy inspired by von Boltzmann’ thermodynamics to the enrichment quantum physics gained from the side of psychology by the notion of complementarity (the invention of Niels Bohr who was inspired by William James), besides we consider the resonance of the corresponden...

Analytical quantum current modeling in GNSFET

Carbon nanoscrolls (CNSs) belong to the same class of carbon-based nanomaterialsas carbon nanotubes. As a new category of quasi one dimensional material Graphene Nanoscroll (GNS) has captivated the researchers recently because of its exceptional electronic properties like having large carrier mobility. GNS shape has open edges and no caps unlike Single Wall Nanotubes (SWNTs) which are wou...
